With 20 years in retail leadership, I rose from sales associate to Corporate Director of Innovation, creating award-winning training programs and countless groundbreaking initiatives. I have a knack for helping businesses identify opportunities in the areas of leadership, culture & customer experience, then develop strategies that lead to stronger profitability and ROIs.

In 2023, I left my corporate career to go on an adventure, and after solo road tripping the USA, now I host luxury retreats based on my journal series "Epiphanies: Self Guided Reflections". As an iPEC-certified coach, I guide clients to first identify, then break through the glass ceiling of their limiting beliefs to live their most abundant lives.
